Here's the short and sweet version of why LTG needs your help, how we got here, and ways you can support your community theater.
LTG relies on income from our productions, including summer programs, to fund our operating budget. We have postponed and canceled these activities for the safety of our artists, volunteers, and patrons, as well as to comply with State orders. This leaves us in a situation where we have no revenue, but our expenses continue unabated.
All online transactions are encrypted with 128-bit SSL security, and processed through industry-leading vendors, including PayPal.
Community theater has never been financially independent. Even in our best-attended seasons, LTG needs additional financial assistance. With our doors shuttered for months on end, our situation is even more difficult. Theaters across the region and the nation are making similar pleas to their communities.
Please take a moment to contact us through email or Facebook. You can also learn more about our situation, where the theater was headed prior to the COVID-19 closures, and what the Board of Directors is doing to keep LTG going.
