Meet the Cast
Wadsworth, the Butler
Joshua Cassels
Joshua Cassels (Wadsworth) is thrilled to debut at Little Theater of Gastonia, hopefully the first of many. A life-long theatre kid, Josh takes any opportunity on or off stage. Recently he was Stage Manager for MUSIC MAN at PPT, and played "Robertson Aye" in MARY POPPINS with DCP. Favorite roles include playing the "Beast" in BEAUTY & THE BEAST, "Ned Weeks" in THE NORMAL HEART and "Brick Pollitt" in COAHTR. Can you tell which accent is genuine? In his free time Josh enjoys math puzzles, speculative alt-history fiction and textile design. “Thank you to my family here in North Carolina, you’re my rock.”
Yvette, the Maid
Macy Koppe
Macy Koppe (Yvette) is excited to be back on the Little Theater of Gastonia stage. Macy was last seen in WAIT UNTIL DARK (Cop). She has also been in shows at Kings Mountain Little Theatre for BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (Belle), and in LIBERTY MOUNTAIN: THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR DRAMA (Mary Patton). When not on stage, Macy is a Middle School Teacher and enjoys drinking absurd amounts of caffeine.

Mrs. Peacock
Pamela Thorson
Pamela Thorson (Mrs. Peacock) is delighted to be a part of this crazy, talented cast. Locally, she has been on stage in RUMORS, SENSE AND SENSIBILITY, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU, BLITHE SPIRIT, and DOCTOR ROCKET'S LAST DAY ON EARTH. Some of the shows Pamela has directed includes THE CURIOUS SAVAGE, NIGHT WATCH, SCROOGE THE MUSICAL, A CHORUS LINE, and THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST. She is thankful every day for her beautiful and talented family.
Mr. Green
Guy Winker
Guy Winker (Mr. Green) is delighted to survive past the second scene in this production after being knocked off early as Ernie in SISTER ACT. Before moving to Belmont, he was active in the Rutherford County Arts Guild and Tryon Little Theater. Now a retired Family Physician and semi-retired dad to three great kids, he and his wife, Nancy (who gets a shout out in the show), enjoy travel, spending time on the lake and playing with the grands.
Professor Plum
Alexander Brooks
Alexander Brooks (Professor Plum) is excited to be back on stage at the Little Theatre of Gastonia. Brooks has been seen most recently in THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK (Hermann VanDann), A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Bob Crachett), and A COMEDY OF TENORS (Tito Merilli/Beppo). When not tripping the light fantasic (or at work), Alex can typically hunched over his easel with an obscene amount of art supplies around him, chasing his cats who have run off with one of aforementioned art supplies, cooking incredibly good food, or disappearing down the river in a kayak. Alex wants to thank his son, Wren, for being just as silly as he is and Ali, for encouraging him to continue auditioning for shows, even though he's always tired.
Miss Scarlet
Meghan Caldwell
Meghan Caldwell (Miss Scarlet) is so happy to have found the Little Theater of Gastonia and is excited to perform in CLUE. Meghan was last seen on stage in THE WHITE ROSE (Sophie Scholl) and THE GUARDIAN (Cassie). Meghan attended the University of Mississippi on a Choir scholarship and competed in show choir completions throughout high school. She also loves to dance and spent over 10 years performing ballet with the Pine Belt Ballet Association in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. When Meghan’s not on stage, she enjoys playing with her 4 year old daughter and baby son, reading historical fiction or thriller novels, experimenting with French cooking, taking nature walks in the woods and traveling to new and familiar places around the world with her husband.
Cook/Others
Melanie York
Melanie York (Cook/Others) has done theatre & music her whole life. She has performed as a choral singer, a street performer, and an actress on stage and film. You may have seen her on LTG’s stage in SOMETHING ROTTEN! (Shylock) or DISASTER! THE MUSICAL (Levora). Her favorite role was The White Witch in NARNIA: THE MUSICAL, since it tapped into her natural resources. Melanie's day job is working as a media specialist at Ashbrook High School
Mr. Boddy/Others
Logan Watkins
Logan Watkins (Mr. Boddy) is thrilled to be returning to the Little Theater to perform in CLUE. He is eighteen years old and attends school at Stuart W Cramer High. Logan last appeared on stage in Little Theater of Gastonia’s production of WAIT UNTIL DARK (Sgt. Carlino), and has spent the past few years performing in various LTG productions. Aside from acting, he also enjoys playing bassoon, working with reptiles, studying languages, creating art, writing, and exploring the outdoors. Logan would like to thank his parents, sister, friends, and family for their continued encouragement, his friend Levi Hoyle for undying support, and fellow actor Ashleigh Parra for her steadfast encouragement and inspiration.
Unexpected Cop/Others
Julie M. Kramer
Julie Kramer (Newscaster/Cop) is making her debut stage appearance in CLUE! You may have seen Julie on the LTG periphery over the years: ushering, painting sets, and chauffeuring others to camps and rehearsals. Inspired by her daughter who has graced the LTG stage many times, and encouraged by friends would wouldn’t let her say no, Julie is excited to step out of her comfort zone to bring her favorite movie to life on stage. She'd like to thank LTG for this opportunity, YOU for supporting local theater, and her family for picking up the slack at home so she could spend the last few months learning, growing, and laughing with this fantastic cast and crew! "Try all the things; make all the memories <3"
